Description:
These wizards allow the user to select from a list of companies that provide services such as online storage and photographic printing.
By default, Windows will display providers downloaded from a Windows Web site in addition to providers specified in the registry.
Enabling this policy setting prevents these wizards from downloading providers, and instead displays service providers cached in the local registry.
